With concrete slabs the freshly poured concrete may be retained by existing features such as walls kerbs edgings etc or some form of temporary shuttering also known as formwork may be required. It acts as moulds for pouring concretes which supports the surface vertically during the construction process for instance column beam slab wall sides. Tecon offers different types of concrete formwork shuttering systems in construction from framed panels in steel or aluminum to h20 girder and even plastic for residential commercial buildings and civil engineering projects.

Formwork which supports vertical arrangement is known as shuttering. On vertical concrete structures the construction of the formwork can become quite complicated and is normally undertaken by specialist formwork erectors or formwork carpenters. Despite of heto frame wall formwork and single side formwork all other system are handset system without crane lift. For some framed system they are lined with tecon form birch or plas tech shuttering as well in order to achieve more reuses time.

All those formwork are fabricated completely by carbon steel.
